Whether you require a luxury Pool House charming Victorian Greenhouse or a repair of your Window Lock, Steve really enjoys the diversity that Distinctive Creations affords him whilst creativity required of the larger projects gives Steve the opportunity to work closely with architects and builders:  Keeping close communication he wants to solve any possible issues before they arise, allowing the project to run smoothly from commencement to conclusion.

Sue has only recently joined this sector of business having run a successful franchise for 16 years in Nottingham, she set up the company Distinctive Creations approximately 4 ½ years ago, but it wasn’t until Steve joined the business around 18months later that they put their heads together and began to offer their services to the public and trade.  Her role within Distinctive Creations is interesting and creative; being responsible for administration, creating awareness to the public, professional, commercial and trades via different forms of advertising,  along with this estimates, invoices, book keeping and accounts are just a few of her ‘duties’.

This house had a white ‘lean to’ with outbuildings to the right of the building.  Needing an extra bedroom and useable space, the photo underneath shows the bathroom extended out onto the kitchen enabling a loft conversion, whilst a large conservatory replaced the outbuildings and ‘lean to’.

Both flat roof’s on the back of the house were replaced; one with a more attractive pitch roof, the other by the Glass Roof of the new Conservatory.  UPVC Patio doors were replaced with attractive White Aluminium French Doors to the dining room, whilst White Aluminium Windows with Fire Escape Hinges were added to the back bedroom and bathroom giving character to the house.

The customer has now commissioned Distinctive Creations to add another conservatory to the back of the small kitchen allowing the ‘hub of the house’ to become just that – linking the new Conservatory to the kitchen giving extra space and fluidity to the inside of the home, enabling the family room desired to become a reality.  Take a look at the photo’s below to show the new results (further photo’s in the ‘Gallery’).
